My friend Marek from R-EV introduced me to these Robotepec guys. They were starting up their own store/gallery in LA and they wanted to produce their own stuff. It was my luck to be one of the first artists to collaborate with them. 70’s lettering and LA’s gangsta rap were a great inspiration at the time, so I decided to use both this beautiful logo by Lubalin’s Tom Carnase and the title of a song that I thought it was good to represent the gallery – “ Hispanic Causin’ Panic” by Kid Frost. I think they got sold out fast…

I was in NY visiting Buck’s office back in the winter of 06/07, and I met this guy Razauno who invited me to the Zoo York’s design studio. Kimou aka Grotesk was there and I showed him my portfolio, then he asked me to do some design for his 2008 summer collection. He sent me some references and it just took me a couple days to come up with this tee for them…
